Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Project Manager to oversee and manage various projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Construction and project management methodologies ensuring that all aspects of the project are executed efficiently and effectively. This role requires excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage risks while maintaining quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Develop project plans, including scope, objectives, resources, and deliverables.
- Conduct requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to define project needs.
- Implement risk management strategies to identify potential issues and develop mitigation plans.
- Monitor project progress and performance metrics, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.
- Facilitate regular project meetings with team members and stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
- Ensure quality management processes are followed throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on project status for senior management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Construction renovations with a strong understanding of project management methodologies.
- Proficiency in construction tools and construction processes.
- Strong skills in risk management and quality management practices.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with diverse teams and stakeholders.
