Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing the front desk operations. This role is essential in maintaining a welcoming environment and ensuring smooth communication within the office.
Duties
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls using phone systems, ensuring effective phone etiquette.
- Schedule appointments and maintain the calendar for office staff.
- Handle clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and proofreading documents.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Assist with billing and invoicing using QuickBooks when necessary.
- Support the administrative team with various tasks in a medical office setting.
- Utilize Google Suite to manage documents, spreadsheets, and presentations effectively.
Skills
- Proficiency in phone systems and excellent phone etiquette.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Experience working in a dental or medical office is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with Google Suite applications for efficient task management.
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail for proofreading documents.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
- Basic knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus but not mandatory.
