Description
The bookkeeper is responsible for general office work, payroll management, as well as all tasks related to the accounting of the branch.
Responsabilities :
- Issue financial statements
- Balance the cash registers
- Prepare the payroll
- Manage payable and receivable accounts
- Prepare various reports
- Keep employee records up to date
Requisite skills and knowledge:
- Diploma of Collegial Studies (DEC) - Completed
- 1 to 2 years experience in secretarial or office work
- Computer skills: Word, Excel, P.O.S.
- Bilingualism an asset
- Responsible, autonomous and dynamic
- Team player
