Office Admin/Inside /Outside Sales Rep/Personal Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks to ensure efficient office operations. *Responsibilities* - Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and proofreading documents - Manage phone systems, including answering and directing calls - Utilize organizational skills to maintain office supplies and equipment - Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings - Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information - Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when interacting with clients and colleagues *Qualifications* - Previous experience in a Personal Assistant/Sales or administrative role is preferred - Proficiency in data entry and typing - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail - Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
