Duties
- Perform a variety of beauty treatments, including nail care, design, and ensuring all procedures adhere to sanitation standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized recommendations for services.
- Engage in retail sales by promoting beauty products and upselling additional services to enhance the client experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, consistently following sanitation protocols to ensure client safety.
- Build strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and techniques to provide clients with the best possible service.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Beautician or in a similar role within the beauty industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of nail care techniques, body waxing methods, and sanitation practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
- Experience in retail sales and upselling beauty products is a plus.
