Are you passionate about creating unique and outstanding nail designs? We are seeking a highly skilled Nail Technician to join our team at The Nail Hotel. In this role, you will provide exceptional nail care services to our clients, ensuring they leave feeling pampered and satisfied. The ideal candidate will have experience in both traditional and modern nail services, a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and customer service. You will be responsible for providing clients with professional manicures, pedicures and nail enhancements to ensure their satisfaction with every visit.
Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality manicures, pedicures, gel nails and nail enhancements (acrylic, dip powder, etc.).
- Provide clients with nail care advice, including proper nail maintenance and at-home care tips.
- Stay current with industry trends, new techniques and products.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring all tools are sanitized and equipment is in good working condition.
- Uphold the salon’s high standards of hygiene, safety and professionalism.
- Ensure clients are comfortable and relaxed during their appointments.
- Assist in the creation of an upscale and welcoming atmosphere.
- Provide exceptional customer service, building long-term relationships with clients.
Qualifications:
- At least 1+ years of experience as a nail technician in a nail salon.
- Proficiency in various nail techniques (manicures, pedicures, gel, acrylic, dip powder, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and creativity.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
