Duties include:
- knowledge of the menu
- Serving customers quickly and efficiently
- Seating customers
- Clearing tables
- Receiving payments and handling cash
- Communicating effectively with customers, staff and the kitchen
- Cleaning restaurant, bathroom and overall maintenance
- Must be prepared to help in any area of the restaurant where needed.
Must have SmartServe.
Must be comfortable handling pork.
Must be able to learn quickly and work hard in a fast-paced team environment.
Must have strong communication skills.
Must be able to serve food quickly and efficiently while maintaining composure.
A positive, can do attitude.
