Job Duties:
- Prepare and irrigate soil for mushroom cultivation.
- Seed, fertilize, thin, and harvest mushroom crops according to quality standards.
- Pick mushrooms in a careful and efficient manner.
- Sort, weigh, and package mushrooms on the farm for sale or processing.
- Load, unload, and move crates, supplies, and farm products as required.
- Clean and sanitize racks, trays, bins, and the growing/packing areas to maintain hygiene.
- Assist with the maintenance of farm equipment and tools.
- Keep records or reports on harvest progress.
Employment Requirements:
· No formal education is typically required; on-the-job training will be provided.
· Ability to perform repetitive tasks such as bending, twisting, and standing for extended periods.

Pay: $17.85-$19.85 per hour
