Job Summary:
Your mission, if you choose to accept it, is to lead a team of remarkable salespeople to provide an outstanding customer service experience for all clients. You will assist in sales negotiations and writing up deals, oversee maintenance and improvement of showroom aesthetics and cleanliness, train and guide sales consultants, execute company policies and procedures, and more.
The job:
- Lead all sales consultants and oversee new and used sales, participate in negotiations, and offer guidance, tips, and training, all for the purpose of providing a truly awesome customer service experience for every single client that walks through the door
- Attract and retain great talent by creating the greatest work environment imaginable
- Execute all company policies and processes with great success
- Offer new ideas to improve customer service and workplace functionality
- Maintain budgeted revenue and expense objectives because it’s your passion, or at least you pretend it is
- Keep all documents and information safe and secure
- This is a temporary contract with a possibility to reassess or become permanent depending on the needs of the business and job performance!
The requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry
- Strong financial acumen, enough to put the calculator on your phone to shame
- A passion for leading and managing change for the purpose of continuous improvement
- Valid class 5 driver’s license required
- Experience riding motorcycles is an asset

Shifts: Tuesday to Saturday
Pay Plan: Commission + Bonuses! Can earn up to $130k/year!
