Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Motel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our motel. The ideal candidate will ensure a high level of guest satisfaction while maintaining efficient and profitable operations. This role requires strong leadership skills, exceptional customer service abilities, and a keen eye for detail.
Duties
- Manage all aspects of motel operations, including front desk management, housekeeping, and maintenance.
- Ensure the highest standards of guest service are maintained at all times.
- Oversee staff hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and expense management.
- Address guest complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Implement marketing strategies to promote the motel and increase occupancy rates.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations as well as company policies.
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms and facilities to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are met.
- Prepare reports on occupancy rates, revenue, and other key performance indicators.
