We're looking for a dedicated Medispa Manager to guide our team of talented aestheticians, nurse, and clinic coordinators while supporting operations, marketing, and client satisfaction.

- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of aestheticians, clinic coordinators, and nurses
- Ensure the clinic runs smoothly with a strong focus on cleanliness, professionalism, and exceptional service
- Set and manage team and individual performance targets
- Train new and existing staff to uphold the highest standards and protocols
- Handle client emails and inquiries, ensuring fast, professional responses
- Manage clinic social media accounts and create promotional emails and content
- Create and execute marketing plans and promotions to drive client engagement and revenue
- Assist with website content and visual improvements
- Recommend and upsell treatments and products with confidence and integrity
- Oversee retail operations—ordering, receiving, inventory, merchandising, and staff training
- Monitor retail transactions and staff sales allocations for accuracy
- Take on multiple roles as needed, including sales and front desk responsibilities
- Ensure clinic compliance with safety, cleanliness, and health regulations
- Respond to client concerns and feedback within 24 hours
- Maintain professional standards for appearance, discretion, and confidentiality
- Supporting a passionate team and fostering a positive collaborative workplace.
- Support with other duties as needed by the owner
