Responsibilities
- Greet patients and manage front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Schedule appointments and manage patient flow efficiently.
- Handle incoming calls and respond to inquiries
- Maintain accurate patient records using electronic medical records (EMR) system
- Assist with billing and insurance verification processes.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
Experience
- Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting is NOT required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are critical for managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact positively with patients, families, and staff members.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 14 – 20 per week
