- Greeting office visitors and managing patient intake
- Answering and routing incoming calls
- Scheduling and confirming appointments for patients
- Updating patient records
- Communicating with labs, healthcare providers, and insurance companies
- Familiar with Accuro EMR will be an asset
- Familiarization with medical terminology will be an asset
- Sensitivity to confidential maters is required
- Excellent phone etiquette and be comfortable working with patients in clinical environment.
