Duties
- Greet patients and manage front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Schedule appointments and manage patient flow efficiently.
- Handle phone systems to answer inquiries, direct calls, and provide information to patients.
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR) using systems such as Epic or Dentrix.
- Assist with administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
- Collect patient information and verify insurance details prior to appointments.
- Support healthcare providers by preparing examination rooms and ensuring necessary supplies are stocked.
- Communicate effectively with patients regarding their appointments, treatment plans, and follow-up care.

- Proficiency in medical office procedures and terminology.
