As StackAdapt continues to scale, our Talent team plays a critical role in attracting and hiring world-class talent across all areas of the business. We’re now looking for a Manager, Talent Business Partner to lead and elevate hiring across our Sales teams. This leader will oversee a team of 3–6 high-performing recruiters and drive hiring for some of the fastest-growing and most business-critical teams at StackAdapt. You’ll partner directly with senior executives to shape hiring strategies, coach and develop your team, and build scalable recruiting processes that support our growth goals.

What you'll be doing:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Talent Business Partners focused on Sales hiring
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders across the Sales Organization
- Analyze and report on recruiting KPIs to drive process improvement
- Work cross functionally with our members of the People Team and Revenue department
- Driving full-cycle recruitment efforts for high-impact roles, ensuring an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience
- Bringing curiosity and creativity to solve hiring challenges and continuously iterate on how we attract and assess top talent.
What you'll bring to the table:
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with 2+ years managing recruiters in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Proven success hiring for Sales or other Commercial functions ideally in AdTech or SaaS environments
- Strong operational rigor and a track record of building or optimizing recruiting processes at scale
- Comfort working with talent metrics and using data to coach teams, inform stakeholders, and iterate on strategy
- Ability to build trusted partnerships with hiring managers and executive leaders, navigating competing priorities
