Restaurant Manager – Sales-Focused & Detail-Oriented
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead and support the daily operations of our restaurant with a strong focus on increasing sales, driving growth, and delivering excellence in every detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Promotion
- Implement strategies to increase daily sales and customer retention
- Work with ownership/marketing to promote the restaurant through events, specials, and community outreach
- Operational Oversight
- Supervise both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) operations
- Monitor staff clock-in/out times and ensure schedule compliance
- Purchasing & Inventory
- Assist in managing purchases and maintaining optimal inventory levels
- Ensure proper use of resources to reduce waste and control costs
- Reporting & Administration
- Maintain daily reports on sales, labor, and inventory
- Provide regular performance updates and improvement plans
- Attention to Detail
- Ensure cleanliness, consistency, and quality across service and product
- Support team training to uphold standards in hospitality and food safety
Requirements:
- Proven experience in restaurant or hospitality management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Understanding of both FOH and BOH operations
- Hands-on, problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Experience with POS systems, labor tracking, and basic financial reporting
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.20-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 – 40 per week
