Job Description:
The Vendor & Crew Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining smooth day-to-day operations at Pop Collective by acting as the primary liaison for vendors and managing scheduling for the staff team. This role requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
Vendor Relations
- Serve as the main point of contact for all vendors, responding to questions, concerns, and restocking issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Send out vendor acceptance and termination notices, and manage move-ins, move-outs, cancellations, and breach of policy situations.
- Support vendors with sales-related inquiries and ensure they have the information they need to succeed.
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Able to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion
- Previous experience in retail coordination and or vendor relations is an asset
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00-$19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 24 per week
