Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and offer assistance with their shopping needs.
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and organizing merchandise.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including arranging displays and ensuring a tidy sales floor.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
- Participate in store meetings and training sessions to stay informed about new products and promotions.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including loss prevention and safety guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic math skills and proficiency with point-of-sale systems.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
