We're seeking a highly organized and proactive Logistics Coordinator - E-com Fulfillment to oversee the order fulfillment lifecycle from warehouse coordination to shipping execution. In this role, you'll work cross-functionally with warehouse teams, carriers, and internal stakeholders to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. You’ll play a keyrole in troubleshooting issues, improving operational efficiency, and delivering an excellent customer experience. As a Logistics Coordinator (E-com Fulfillment) you will:

  • Assign customer orders to the appropriate warehouse based on stock availability, delivery timelines, and customer location.
  • Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
  • Monitor and resolve issues with sales orders in the order management system (OMS), including exceptions and on-hold orders.
  • Troubleshoot fulfillment issues such as shipping delays or inventory shortages, working with internal teams and warehouse partners to resolve them.
  • Generate and send shipping labels for remote or high-value orders to warehouses as needed.
  • Track warehouse performance against service level agreements (SLAs), focusing on order accuracy and processing time.
  • Collaborate with warehouse teams to address performance gaps and implement corrective actions.
  • Evaluate and improve outbound logistics processes to streamline order workflows, enhance warehouse coordination, and optimize carrier scheduling.
  • Oversee the dropshipping process for custom-made and replacement mattresses, including sending purchase orders to manufacturers, preparing shipping labels, and arranging carrier pickups.
  • Maintain accurate inventory, order, and shipment data across internal systems and platforms.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including Customer Service and Supply Chain to align on fulfillment priorities, inventory planning, and operational updates.
  • Support ongoing process improvement initiatives by identifying areas to automate or streamline manual workflows.


Who You Are:

  • 1–3 years of experience in logistics, fulfillment, e-commerce operations, or supply chain roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study.
  • Experience working with third-party logistics (3PL) providers and carriers.
  • Familiarity with order management systems, warehouse management systems, and warehouse coordination.
  • Proficient with browser- and mobile-based tools, especially Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills; comfortable making independent decisions when needed.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build effective relationships across teams.
  • Comfortable working independently while also being a collaborative team player
