Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a logistics coordinator. Our ideal candidate will be extremely organized, be able to multitask, and be a quick learner. You will work directly with internal teams as well as with suppliers and customers.

Duties
- Work together with the Logistics & Inventory team to book domestic trucking shipments, complete necessary paperwork, and coordinate releases of product from third party logistics/ storage companies.
- Be a liaison between Purchasing and Sales, as well as external parties, to resolve any shipping issues and/or inquiries.
- Negotiate competitive freight rates
- Order entry/billing
- Other duties as assigned

- Detail Oriented
- Strong time management, organizational, multi-tasking skills
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook
- Experience working with and analyzing large volumes of spreadsheet data is preferred
- Understanding of accounting principles (accounts payable/accounts receivable)
- Post Secondary Experience Required or Relevant Experience
- Logistics Experience Preferred
*candidates should live within a 60-minute commute of Victoria, BC – This is an in office position.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
