We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in retail management, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and meeting sales goals. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to take the next step in their career.
Responsibilities:
- Manage store operations and personnel.
- Increase sales monthly.
- Maintain inventory levels and order new merchandise as needed.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service.
- Assist in hiring, training, and supervising staff members.
- Enforce safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
- Create promotional campaigns to increase sales.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $52,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
