We are seeking a dedicated Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and a strong work ethic. This position offers the opportunity to work in a great team environment, a flexible schedule, tip sharing and a free meal on shift.
*Duties*
- Assist in meal preparation by chopping vegetables, making salads, and preparing sauces
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Ensure food safety standards are met in the kitchen at all times
- Help maintain a clean and orderly kitchen environment
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure high-quality food and service
*Requirements*
- Previous experience working in a kitchen setting is required
- Knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of basic food safety guidelines
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and take direction from senior kitchen staff
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.80-$18.00 per hour
