We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. As a Line Cook/Prep cook, you will play a crucial role in food preparation and meal service, ensuring that every dish meets our standards of excellence.
Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure all food is prepared in a safe and sanitary manner, adhering to food safety guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, including cooking stations and storage areas.
- Assist in the inventory management of kitchen supplies and ingredients.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service.
- Help train new kitchen staff in food handling and preparation techniques.
- Monitor food quality during preparation and presentation to ensure customer satisfaction.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
