Job Responsibilities:
- prep and set up of workstations and equipment
- Perform opening and closing procedures as instructed
- Follow the brand’s cooking and presentation standards in preparing breakfast and lunch dishes
- Maintain a consistent quality in line with the brand standards
- maintain a clean/sanitized and orderly work environment in the restaurant
- ensure all food/other items are properly stored
- Ensure all food and other items are properly stored, and monitor stock and report shortages
- Follow Health and Safety guidelines
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Responsible for executing daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules.
- Lead by example, with and eagerness learn
