Positions Summary

Position Responsibilities
- Prepare and plate food items according to standard recipes, ensuring consistent quality
and presentation.
- Follow prep lists to complete assigned tasks, including basic cooking duties and
maintaining an organized, clean kitchen.
- Adhere to all nutrition, sanitation, and health & safety guidelines.
- Monitor food stock levels and promptly report any shortages or issues.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth and efficient kitchen operation.
- Take direction from supervisors and execute other kitchen duties as assigned.
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum of two years’ experience in a kitchen environment.
- Culinary certification or equivalent professional cooking experience is an asset.
- Strong understanding of safe and sanitary food handling practices.
- Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills to work collaboratively with kitchen and
front-of-house staff.
- Keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and handle the demands of a busy kitchen.

- These positions operate 100% on-site
- Regular evenings or weekend work may be required during peak periods or special events
- Own transportation is an asset as public transportation is not frequent to/from the Club
- Candidates must agree to complete a Police Information Check (fully reimbursed upon hire).
