Project Coordinator – Construction
Location: Edmonton, AB
Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support our construction projects from planning through completion. You’ll work closely with project managers, site supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities - but not limited to:
- Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules and documentation.
- Coordinate communication between internal teams, clients, and vendors.
- Track project progress, budgets, and deliverables.
- Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and change orders.
- Support procurement and logistics of materials and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Maintain organized records of permits, inspections, and contracts.
- ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- flag issues and support resolution
Qualifications
- Minimum of a Diploma or Certificate in Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Alberta building codes and WCB requirements is an asset.
