Your role

Do you have a passion for outdoor pursuits including hunting, fishing and camping? Are you keen to assist others learn about these opportunities?

As the Licensing and Permit Agent you’ll support our vision and values through front line service to the public. Licensing and Permit Agents review applications for licensure and permit hunters, anglers, trappers and campers; provide information and education to promote awareness of individual legislative rights and responsibilities and provide administrative intake services for biological submissions.

The Client Solutions team strives to deliver exceptional client service in a fast-paced setting. We are looking to add a skilled and dedicated representative to our team! Previous experience in a licensing and permit (or similar) role is an asset.

Essential Qualifications

  • Experience delivering in-person customer service in fast-paced, high-volume environments.

  • Ability to understand, communicate and apply complex policies and legislation while adhering to regulatory requirements.

  • Experience handling financial transactions (debit/credit card, cash) and reconciling cash.

  • Previous work in a regulatory or permitting environment or hunting setting is considered an asset.

  • Clear communication skills, self motivated and able to take initiative.
