Poole Creek Family Dentistry is a small, vibrant office in Stittsville looking for a friendly and highly-motivated level I or II dental assistant for a full-time or part-time position. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities
● Prepares treatment rooms by following prescribed procedures and protocols.
● Sterilization of instruments and equipment.
● Taking digital x-rays.
● Assists the dentist in clinical procedures.
● Performs simple laboratory procedures.
● Maintains and monitors supplies and equipment inventory; anticipates needed supplies; verifies receipt of supplies.
● Maintains and organizes accurate and up-to-date patient records and charts, including documentation and paperwork for sterilization.
● Maintains a clean work environment.
● Provides information and support to patients, dentists, and staff as needed.
Qualifications
● Level I or II dental assistant
● NDAEB Certification
● HARP Certified
Experience
Both experienced dental assistants and new grads are encouraged to apply!
