Lead Generation Sales Specialist

Job Summary

We’re on the hunt for a Outbound Sales Rep who can hustle, hunt, and book qualified leads! If you're a motivated self-starter with strong research skills, an ear for opportunity, and the skills to get leads, we want to hear from you.

You’ll find your own leads using Google, business directories, and local searches, then connect with decision-makers as necessary - whether that's via phone, email, or on site visits. If you like the thrill of the chase and being rewarded for performance, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Find and build your own lead list (online searches, directories, Google Maps, etc.)
• Call/email potential customers to pitch our conveyor and baler solutions
• On-site visits if necessary / potentially driving to site locations
• Book qualified appointments for our senior sales team
• Record lead data and notes in our CRM or spreadsheets
• Follow up consistently and track outreach performance
• Hit weekly/monthly booking targets

You Bring

• 2+ years of experience in email marketing, cold calling, telesales, or appointment setting
• Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills
• Confidence to call businesses and speak to decision-makers
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Experience using spreadsheets, CRM tools, and basic sales tracking
• An internet connection, phone, and a quiet work setup

Pay Structure

• Ontario minimum wage as base pay
• $50 bonus for each booked appointment
• 1% commission on sales from your booked leads
• Monthly performance-based incentives
