Are you an experienced and highly skilled renovation professional looking for a leadership opportunity? We're searching for a dedicated and talented Home Renovation Crew Leader to head up our projects and ensure exceptional results.
As our Crew Leader, you'll be the backbone of our on-site operations, guiding your team to successfully complete a wide range of home renovation projects. Your expertise and leadership will be crucial in delivering high-quality craftsmanship and exceeding client expectations.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and supervise a renovation crew, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget.
- Interpret blueprints and plans, accurately laying out tasks and delegating responsibilities.
- Perform and oversee all aspects of residential renovations, including:
- Framing (wood and metal)
- Drywall installation and finishing
- Window and door installation
- Exterior siding installation
- Interior trim and molding installation
- Complete kitchen and bathroom renovations
- Maintain a safe and organized worksite, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Troubleshoot issues and find effective solutions on-site.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure all work meets our high standards.
- Mentor and train junior crew members.
What You'll Bring:
- Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in residential home renovations.
- Proven proficiency in all listed renovation areas: framing, drywall, window/door installation, siding, trim, and full kitchen/bathroom renovations.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. You're able to clearly convey instructions, provide constructive feedback, and effectively interact with team members, clients, and suppliers in a kind and respectful manner.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
