Job Description
We are looking for Landscape Worker to join our team for the fall season and snow removal in the winter. The Landscape Worker would be working on either a landscape maintenance crew or landscape project crew. You would meet daily at our location/head office in Burlington and would travel with a Crew Leader in an Absolute Home Services truck to our projects which are located Burlington to Mississauga. You will be expected to:
- Work 40+ hours/week from Monday to Friday from 7:30am-6pm (varies due to weather)
- Provide excellent customer service to all of our customers
- Work safely on all job sites
- Learn various types of landscaping including lawn and garden maintenance, softscape, and hardscape
- Arrive on time daily at 7:30am
Qualifications and Education Requirements
We are looking for hardworking individuals, experience is not necessary, though you need to be customer oriented, take pride in what you do and have high attention to detail.

Compensation: $20-22 per hour to start based on experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
Experience:
- landscaping or general labour: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- driver's license and transportation to get to and from work (preferred)
