Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Hardscaper / Landscaper to join our growing construction team. This hands-on role involves installing patios, retaining walls, turf, planting beds, and irrigation/drainage systems. Responsibilities
- Build patios, stairs, retaining walls, and walkways using pavers, slabs, and natural stone
- Perform site grading, base prep, compaction, and drainage installation
- Complete softscape tasks including:
- Turf installation
- Soil and mulch placement
- Planting trees, shrubs, and garden beds
- Operate hand tools and small equipment (plate compactors, saws, etc.)
- Support irrigation installation (drip and spray zones)
- Load/unload materials and maintain clean, organized job sites
- Follow project drawings, grades, and direction from the site lead
- Uphold safety and jobsite standards at all times
Qualifications
- 1–3+ years of experience in landscape construction, hardscaping, or softscaping (preferred)
- Physically fit and able to lift 50–80 lbs repeatedly
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Experience operating skid steers, mini excavators, and Dingos is an asset
- Familiarity with landscaping tools and materials
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and team-first attitude
