Pacific Industrial Movers, is looking for new team members to fill the position of Labourer/Class 1 Driver.

Your Duties and Responsibilities:

· On time, punctual, fit for work, flexible availability including availability to work out of town

· Follow the instructions outlined in the driver SOP (standard operating procedure) and pay attention to details

· Exercise good driving manners and taking precautionary measures during inclement weather conditions

· Safely deliver loads of equipment, including oversize, to our worksites

· Load/unload trailers, tie-down loads, tarp load and rigging

· Work alongside rigging crew to offload and place equipment using various specialized tools and equipment

· Ensure proper documentation maintained

· Always maintain good working relations with customers through cooperative attitude

· Maintain a clean and safe work environment as per company requirements

To qualify for this role, you should have:

· Valid class 1 BC driver’s license

· Clean and recent driving abstract

· Minimum 2 years of experience

· Crane ticket, forklift ticket, and oversize load experience an asset

· Rigging experience

· Good communication skills

· Able to lift heavy items

· Willing to obtain tickets/certifications

Pay: From $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
