HIRING KITCHEN SUPERVISOR (ESQUIMALT)

Position Overview:
As a Supervisor, you’ll lead the kitchen line during busy shifts, ensure high food quality, maintain workplace safety, and support a positive, efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and oversee the preparation of pizzas, pastas, and other menu items to recipe and quality standards
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen at all times
- Lead shift operations and train/mentor kitchen staff
- Ensure all team members meet operational and customer service goals
- Perform repetitive food prep and cleaning tasks as part of daily duties

- Proven leadership in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Ability to stay calm and adapt under pressure
- Strong commitment to food quality, safety, and cleanliness
- Physical ability to stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs
