As a Junior IT Support Specialist, you will:

In addition to technical support duties, the Junior IT Support Specialist will also have opportunities to assist with:
· light development tasks, particularly within the Microsoft Power Platform but required to build and maintain our corporate internet sets developed in WordPress.
· You’ll work alongside senior developers and business analysts to help build and maintain low-code solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
· Tasks may include creating forms, automating simple workflows, modifying existing apps, and supporting internal reporting dashboards.
· This hands-on exposure will give you a strong foundation in modern workplace automation and digital transformation tools.
You’ll also contribute to the upkeep and enhancement of WordPress-based websites, including
· basic content updates
· plugin maintenance
· troubleshooting layout issues
· assisting with new page creation
· Familiarity with HTML, CSS, or basic JavaScript is an asset, but not mandatory

Experience:
