Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaning Services Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing cleaning operations across various facilities, ensuring quality standards are met, and directly participating in cleaning tasks as needed.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors
- Ensure restrooms, break rooms, and common areas are cleaned and sanitized to meet hygiene standards
- Oversee waste disposal processes and ensure proper handling of trash receptacles
- Monitor cleanliness of windows, walls, and surfaces throughout facilities
- Coordinate and assist in minor facilities maintenance tasks as needed
- Identify and report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly
- Manage cleaning supplies, ensuring inventory is stocked and organized
- Provide leadership and guidance to cleaning staff, ensuring work is completed efficiently and to standard
Skills
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning and/or facilities maintenance, with supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality results
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently when required
- Strong communication skills for interacting with staff, clients, and management
Compensation
- Hourly wage: Competitive and based on experience
- Consistent hours with opportunities for additional shifts based on performance and site needs

Contract length: 1-6 months
Pay: $26.00-$28.00 per hour
