Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Associate located in Timmins, ON. The Inside Sales Associate will be responsible for managing lead generation, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining client relationships. Day-to-day tasks include answering customer inquiries, processing orders, and providing excellent customer service. The Inside Sales Associate will also be responsible for executing communication strategies to foster long-term customer engagement.
Qualifications
- Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Focus on Customer Satisfaction
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the supply industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in sales or a related field is advantageous
- Bilingual in French and English
- Ability to work in a high paced environment
Schedule
Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm with a 12 to 1 lunch
Some Saturday Morning 8am to 12pm on Rotation
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
