We are currently seeking a bright, hardworking Immigration Law Clerk to join our dynamic practice. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a rewarding, collegial, and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist lawyers with complex Canadian and U.S. immigration matters applications.
- Prepare, review, and process immigration applications with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Conduct research on relevant immigration processes and requirements.
- Support case strategy development and contribute to client service initiatives.
- Draft and compile application materials and supporting documentation.
- Communicate with relevant government agencies as required.
- Maintain regular and professional communication with clients, providing updates and responding to inquiries.
- Manage case files and timelines from initiation to completion, ensuring timely follow-ups.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Law Clerk Diploma or equivalent certification
- Minimum of three years’ experience in Canadian or U.S. immigration law; familiarity with both is an asset.
- Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
