Job Opportunity: Full-Time Hockey and Strength Coach (Male or Female)

Start Date: As soon as possible
Hours: 10-20 hours/week
We are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Hockey and Strength Coach to help expand our programming and elevate our services. If you're passionate about hockey, youth development, and fitness, we want to hear from you.
As a Coach at Top Cheddar Hockey, you will:
- Instruct players of all ages and skill levels in the fundamentals of hockey
- Develop and teach engaging lessons and training programs for both individual and team sessions
- Provide clear, constructive feedback to players and parents
- Foster a high-energy, supportive learning environment
- Serve as a mentor both on and off the ice—building confidence, skill, and sportsmanship
- Promote our programs through social media content creation
Ideal candidates will bring:
- High-level hockey experience (Junior, OHL, College Level, or higher preferred)
- Previous coaching or youth instruction experience
- Strong knowledge of hockey techniques and skating fundamentals
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Passion for fitness and athlete development
- Ability and commitment to work weeknights and weekends - this is a must
- Hourly wage
- Start Date: As soon as possible
