Hatch is seeking an HR Co-op Student with interest in Human Resources for a 4-month internship starting in January 2026. Reporting to the HR Service Centre Lead, you will support offices globally working from our Mississauga Head office.

As a successful candidate, you will:
- Support with various HR generalist activities including new hire file creation, new hire onboarding, HR reporting and analytics, HR program and process review.
- Participate in the creation of reports and maintain databases
- Assist with day-to-day employee requests
- Maintain data in HR Information System
- Support payroll administration duties on an as needed basis
- Other administrative duties as assigned
You bring to the role:
- 2nd, 3rd, or 4th-year student enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Business or similar program, or a diploma specializing in Human Resources
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills an asset
- Strong MS Office skills with advanced skill in MS Excel
- Familiarity with SuccessFactors and/or SAP an asset
