POSITION SUMMARY:
The Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist designs, delivers, and evaluates engaging, inclusive learning programs that build employee skills and support RainCity’s strategic priorities. Reporting to the Director, Talent Management, this role develops in-person and eLearning content, implements and administers the Learning Management System, and partners with subject matter experts to ensure training is current, culturally responsive, and accessible. The Specialist incorporates equity, cultural safety, and decolonizing practices into all learning initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous growth. They also measure learning outcomes to drive improvement and demonstrate organizational impact.
