Job Title: Housing Hub Support Staff

Contract full-time position (35 hours per week)

Contract Start date: ASAP; Contract End date: March 31, 2026

Reports to: Manager, Homeless Services and Housing Access

Who we are looking for:

This position supports two areas of ACSA’s Housing Hub team, offering support to the Rent Bank program and providing client triage and assessment through the Housing Hub Intake Line. Guided by Housing First principles, the worker provides housing assessment, information, and linkages to community services. In addition, this role assists with processing Rent Bank applications in a timely manner to help stabilize tenancies at-risk of eviction or support individuals moving into suitable new housing.
