We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Medical Hotel Front Desk Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to handle various front desk operations efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations using hotel management software.
- Address guest complaints or concerns promptly and effectively.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Answer phone calls, manage phone systems, and respond to inquiries with excellent phone etiquette.
- Assist in managing inventory of front desk supplies.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on providing excellent guest services.
- Familiarity with hotel management software is advantageous but not required; training will be provided.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- A positive attitude, professionalism, and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards is beneficial.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.80-$18.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday
