The Role:
We’re looking for a Professional Host who can drive the front door with energy, warmth, and professionalism. You’ll be the face of our restaurant, creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring every guest feels valued from the moment they walk in until the moment they leave.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm and genuine welcome, setting the tone for their dining experience.
- Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating arrangements efficiently.
- Maintain a polished and professional demeanor at all times.
- Communicate effectively with servers, managers, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and concerns with grace and professionalism.
- Bid farewell to guests with a memorable and positive last impression.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entry area.

- Previous hosting or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
