Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Hospitality Team Member to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your primary focus will be on delivering outstanding customer experiences while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
Duties
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated.
- Assist guests with inquiries, providing information about services, menus, and facilities.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in all areas, including dining spaces, restrooms, and service areas.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Support food and beverage service by taking orders, serving meals, and processing payments as needed.
- Uphold health and safety standards in compliance with company policies and regulations.
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not required; we welcome candidates eager to learn.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and team members.
- A proactive attitude with a commitment to providing excellent service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
