Your Day-to-Day
- Train and coach crews on proper planting and horticultural techniques
- Oversee plant installation and transport, ensuring zero damage
- Prune, water, and guide staff on plant health and maintenance
- Identify plant pests and diseases and provide treatment guidance
- Inspect nursery stock and tag plants for upcoming jobs
- Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and plant treatments as needed
- Get hands-on with planting and maintenance when needed
What You Bring
- 3–5 years of experience in horticulture, landscaping, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in Horticulture or equivalent hands-on knowledge
- Spray License (Landscape Exterminator) – required
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- A sharp eye for plant health and detail
- Love for working outdoors—in any season
