Serving duties including hosting, serving, bussing, dishwashing and housekeeping.
Management of waitstaff. Including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance/behavioral management of serving staff.
Maintaining up-to-date operational and organizational documents.
Managing the Kitchen's Facebook page, creating signage and maintaining the features board, and providing support to the owner/operator as needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 50 – 65 per week
