Conestoga Contracting Group is looking for an Experienced Hardscape Landscape Foreman who is highly advanced with completing projects such as:
Vertical walls, water features, interlocking pavers, drainage systems, retaining features, natural stone features, concrete spa pads, concrete pool construction.
Please do NOT apply if you are junior or intermediate or do not have experience with any of the above.
To be successful in this role you must have strong attention to detail, and quick project completion time. Looking for someone experienced in a multitude of areas such as: excavation, formwork, material installation, concrete pouring and finishing, while also demonstrating superior team coordination and site management skills.
Minimum Requirements for this role:
- Must possess a valid FULL G-class driver’s license
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in landscape construction or pool construction
- Fluency in English, oral and written communication
- Personal mobile device with data plan for communication, time and project tracking
- Ability to work on call 24/7 during winter months for snow shovelling
- Previous hands-on experience and managing teams in developing vertical walls, water features, interlocking pavers, drainage systems, retaining features, natural stone features, concrete spa pads, and concrete pool construction.
Job Duties:
- Read and interpret construction drawings, site plans, and grade stakes
- Manage all aspects of the job site, including excavation, layout, forming, grading, subbase compaction, and material installation.
- Lead a crew of 2–4 team members on a variety of landscape construction projects (e.g., pools, retaining walls, hardscape elements, including interlocking pavers, and natural stone features, drainage systems, etc.

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
