looking for a skilled hardscape/landscape labourer and or foreman. Experience with machinery, saws, power tools ect is great. Decks and fences, interior Reno experience is also beneficial.
Need someone on time with full liscense minimum
Responsibilities
- Install various hardscape elements such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and driveways using materials like stone, brick, and concrete.
- Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently for excavation and material transport.
- Conduct masonry work
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various construction tasks.
- Assist with interlock installation projects as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hardscaping or related construction fields. Decks and fencing included.
- Familiarity with heavy equipment operation is preferred.
- Strong skills in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Basic knowledge of carpentry and renovations is a plus but not mandatory.
- Experience in flooring installation, drywall, or construction painting is advantageous.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining physical stamina for manual labor tasks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
