Assured is on the cutting edge of job management, using processes and technology to track and monitor its jobs. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set in taping, painting, flooring and trim work. The Handy Man will be responsible for performing various work in residential or commercial settings.
Responsibility:
- Adheres to company Health and Safety policies and procedures
- Must be able to complete projects on a budget and on time
- Communicate issues with supervisors
- Have a reliable mode of transportation for travelling to and from job sites
- Willing to travel to the area being assigned for work
- Be physically fit to perform manual labour
- Have the ability to make safe decisions
- Practice cleanliness and ensure that they clean up after every job
- Maintain professionalism
- Have the ability to attire in appropriate, safe and professional construction clothing and protective equipment
- Performs other duties as required
Required:
- Have at least five years experience
- Possess extensive construction/labour background
- Possess critical thinking and forward-thinking skills
- Have a reliable vehicle and tools
- Possess attention to detail and delivering high quality work
- Committed to working safely
- Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment necessary for work
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time effectively
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in taping
- Experience in dry walling
- Experienced in priming and painting
- Experienced in trim installation
- Have own tools
- Have own Vehicle
- Driver’s License
